I offer a full suite of bespoke HR services, working with a range of clients from different industries and varied sizes of businesses on a retained, regular basis for Companies who need ongoing HR support without the need of a full-time headcount resource. 

I also engage with clients to work on one-off projects such as Investigations, Mediation, Training and Development, and Coaching, for example.  I will meet, discuss and agree on the scope of the project with any prospective client before commencing work - please see below a range of services I have provided to clients and would be delighted to discuss your specific needs.

My main objective when working with any client on any-sized project is to ensure we can work together to find a resolution to the situation in a prompt manner with the best possible outcome for all parties involved.

HR Solutions

Pricing Strategy:

As each project I take on is individual and unique, I will work with every client on the fees associated with every project in advance of commencing work.

We will discuss the scope of the project and estimate, and agree on the cost associated with completing it in advance of commencement.  

Once we are aligned on the scope of each project, I will submit a full proposal detailing the approximate days and the total estimated cost.  No project will go over the initial budget without consultation and agreement with the client in advance of any extensions of work being completed.

For the retainer model, a monthly fee will be agreed based on the number of employees and the estimated support that will be required on a monthly basis
